Your role
As one of 7 Field Team Leads nationally, you are a pivotal contributor to the success of our 7-Eleven retail network. You will be accountable for the collective results of up to 10 territories comprising approximately 120 stores around the North and West of Melbourne and regional Victoria. The store network is a combination of Franchise and Corporate Store territories. Critical to this role will be the development of your teams capability both within the Field Manager teams and store teams. Key success factors to this role include ensuring our enterprise values are lived and execution change priorities and operational standards are consistently delivered with excellence.

You will

  • Lead and empower our field teams through development and coaching, ensuring they have the tools, support, and knowledge to succeed.
  • Effectively influence our channel tribe and wider enterprise, leading to impactful decisions that will elevate team and store performance.
  • Use your sharp commercial and operational acumen to identify areas for improvement, working with the team to develop and implement targeted strategies to drive results.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration to aggregate themes for improvements and innovations in processes, operational standards, and execution.
