As a Field Service Technician, your role will include unparalleled technical support for our clients, allowing them to experience the best support available within the industry. The technician will support clients IT/Data problem tasks, provide prompt action, and deliver support and resolution for daily technical requirements.
What We Need & What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- The Field Service Technician II will provide on-site support to external customers
- This position will be responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance of automated pharmacy machines and/or equipment
- Troubleshoots, repairs, and provides maintenance to automated pharmacy machines and/or equipment on customer site in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Adjusts machine settings according to specifications to complete tasks accurately in a timely fashion
- Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery
Who You Are (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanics, or related field Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in related field Experience working with a multitude of tools Electro-mechanical background
- Able to communicate effectively both written and verbally, with key stakeholders, leadership, partners, team members, other organizations, and customers
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control aspects of automation systems
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office application suite including MS Outlook Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality Demonstrated capability to achieve results in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
