Join the ITility team and make a difference! ITility seeks a part-time Fighter Pilot (Air to Air) to provide exercise operations support and scenario development. This role will sit onsite at Einsiedlerhof AS, Germany.

Responsibilities:
- Support Tier 1-4 training/exercise events including, but not limited to, large force exercises integrating joint, combined, allied, and other partner nations’ forces in an air, land, sea, space, and cyberspace battlefield; and smaller scenarios integrating specific capabilities (C.5.7.1.1).
- Develop scenarios for integration into UAWC-sponsored and supported Tier 1-4 training/exercise events. These functions include, but are not limited to, designing relevant scenarios, presentations, and briefings (C.5.7.1.1).
- Generate documents and mission materials in support of exercise scenarios. These include but are not limited to: Air Operations Directive (AOD), Airspace Control Plan (ACP), Air Tasking Order (ATO), Airspace Control Order (ACO), Area Air Defense Plan (AADP), communication plans, Special Instructions (SPINs), Orders of Battle (OOB), red air plans, and mission cards (C.5.7.1.1).
- Facilitate and coordinate Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) for planning through after-action report (C.5.7.1.1).
- Perform White / Blue / Red Force functions during execution of Tier 1-4 exercises and training events with virtual and constructive models. These include but are not limited to: Air Warfare Simulation (AWSIM), Modern Air Combat Environment (MACE), Next Generation Threat System (NGTS), MQ-9 MSAT, F-35 Effects Based Simulator (EBS), and JTAC simulators. - Prepare and lead mission planning, White Force, mass briefs, and debriefs with the exercise audiences (C.5.7.1.1).
- Prepare, coordinate, and present briefings and lead discussions with a wide range of audiences as requested by the Government (C.5.7.1.1).
- Provide continuity technical training to government and contract personnel as requested (C.5.7.1.1).
Qualifications:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of USAF planning cycles and processes as well as the employment of US weapons systems in missions that include, but are not limited to, Air Interdiction (AI), Close Air Support (CAS), Offensive Counter Air (OCA), Defensive Counter Air (DCA), Strike Coordination and Reconnaissance (SCAR), Electronic Warfare (EW), C2ISR, Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR), Dynamic Targeting (DT), Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses (SEAD), Aerial Refueling, and Special Operations.
- Familiarity with US Air Force training requirements, methodology, and procedures.
- Rated US military aircrew or career enlisted aviator qualifications with operational experience within five years.
- Minimum of 200 hours of instructor/evaluator experience or have recent experience providing like training support (based on applicable weapon system and mission set).
- Proficient using MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Waiver of individual experience / qualification requirements will be addressed by UAWC on a case-by-case basis and approved by the AAS Defense COR or CO.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, crouch and work for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
