Description:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Zero to two years experience in encryption files, computer operations or other job related work experience
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Responsibilities:

- Encryption & Decryption of Files – intermediate
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs minimally complex configuration and coordination of strategies and common solutions, and support and maintenance of Business Partner/Trading Partner setup, monitoring, and deployment
- Works closely with new and existing customers to support and maintain file transfers including the encryption and decryption of files
- Sets up PGP encryption keys; Coordinates manual uploads of FTP
- Serves as administrator of Account Support inbox for Express Services; works with account logon id and password issues
- Assists with special projects and the development of executive level presentations
- Assists management in gathering, interpreting and comparing benchmarking data to the company’s operations
- Develops and documents standards for the use, control, updating and maintenance of databases
- Makes recommendations for new and revised business policies, procedures, and practices
- Performs research and provides insight and recommendations;
- Acts as a liaison between the department and/or divisions
- Collects, organizes, analyzes, and prepares reports for management
- Assists with preparation of SCRs
- Provides relevant subject matter expertise
