Description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • Approximately 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or research laboratory, or equivalent experience in a similar environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience as a machine operator.
  • Good Documentation Practices experience.
  • Experience in an ISO or cGMP regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word.

FILLING OPERATOR II - MANUFACTURING ROLE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures for high-volume manufacturing, visual inspection, material handling, and inventory control.
  • Operate semi-automated equipment to fill small and medium bottles.
  • Ensure accurate completion of batch records and manufacturing documents according to quality systems standards.
  • Maintain production schedule to meet output targets.
  • Communicate any issues to manufacturing leadership and assist in problem-solving.
  • Report equipment issues to leads and/or maintenance team.
  • Keep manufacturing leadership informed of production process status.
  • Provide training to team members on techniques and processes.
  • Interact daily with colleagues at all levels in the manufacturing area.
  • Attend trainings to stay updated on manufacturing processes and Standard Operating Procedures.
