Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new and continuous development of market-driven innovative filter media or recipes mainly for Industrial Filtration applications in close alignment with Manager
- Responsible for conception, preparation, conduction, supervision, support, evaluation, documentation and assessment of trials in production (filter media lines, converting), pilot plant, laboratory or external partner companies in close alignment with Manager
- Intervenes actively and responsibly in test parameters to optimize / achieve the trial targets including the preparation of data in ERP (SAP) related to part lists, work plans, test plans etc.
- Testing of raw material, filter media or filter samples e.g. from competition and suppliers
- Developing methods for this analytical work and compiling proposals to improve the status quo
- Recording and evaluating measured parameters and variables, including documentation and filing in database or internal archives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or comparable educational degree with textile or Nonwoven/polymer/fibers/paper background or comparable course of study or in process of achieving Technician degree
- Good technical understanding
- German; English B1 or higher
- High affinity for analytical research
- Structured and reliable working
- Good skills Microsoft Office/Outlook/Sharepoint/Teams, additional ERP (SAP) preferred
- Teamplayer with good communication skills
- Project management skills of advantage
