For our client, a leading manufacturing company with over 180 years of experience, we are looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager.
DESCRIPTION
Organizing and being responsible for the efficient development of the company’s financial accounting activity in accordance with the legal provisions in force;
Ensuring, organizing, and effectively managing the integrity of the company’s entire patrimony, in accordance with the legal provisions in force and the company’s internal rules or regulations;
Organizing the accounting of capital operations, the accounting of fixed assets, the accounting of stocks, the accounting of third parties, the accounting of treasury, the accounting of expenses, revenues, and results, the accounting of commitments and other patrimonial elements, management accounting in accordance with the legislation in force;
Pursuing compliance with accounting principles and patrimony evaluation (prudence, permanence of methods, continuity of activity, independence of exercise, intangibility of the opening balance sheet, non-compensation);
Preparing the closing works of the financial accounting exercise, the inventory operations of the patrimony, following the way of valorization of the inventory results;
Being responsible for the correct and timely recording, in writing, at the time of its execution, in supporting documents of any operation that affects the company’s patrimony and for the chronological and systematic recording in the accounting records of the supporting documents in accordance with the legal provisions in force;
Ensuring and being responsible for the timely fulfillment of the company’s obligations towards the state budget and third parties in accordance with the legal provisions in force;
Elaborating the verification balance according to the terms established by the legislation in force;
Carrying out the financial and accounting analysis based on the balance sheet, which he presents to the board of directors and, respectively, to the general assembly of associates.
REQUIREMENTS
Higher specialized studies in the Financial - Accounting field;
10 years experience in the Financial - Accounting field;
Proficient knowledge of PC operation: Word, Excel;
Advanced operating knowledge in ERP accounting systems;
Very good knowledge of the English language;
Demonstrated experience in relations with fiscal authorities and legislation;
Proactive attitude and team spirit;
Entrepreneurial thinking;
Availability to work onsite and on a flexible schedule;
Ability to continuously learn and assimilate new knowledge.
