Description:

Our client is a telecommunications and information technology (IT) solutions provider. They are seeking for an experienced Finance & Admin Senior Executive to join their team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Leadership and team management experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports such as budgets, income statements, and balance sheets.
  • Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvements.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage office facilities and equipment, including procurement and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate office activities and events.
  • Handle employee relations issues and support HR functions as needed.
