This is a new and exciting role for an experienced Finance Clerk to join a growing firm and provide integral support to the firms Business Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager with the Trust Accounting in accordance with the Legal Profession Act;
- Tax, payroll, accounts payable, trust, risk management and liaison with external auditors;
- Preparing invoices;
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit crontrol; and
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required
