    This is a new and exciting role for an experienced Finance Clerk to join a growing firm and provide integral support to the firms Business Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager with the Trust Accounting in accordance with the Legal Profession Act;
  • Tax, payroll, accounts payable, trust, risk management and liaison with external auditors;
  • Preparing invoices;
  • Accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit crontrol; and
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as required
