Description:
Randstad is currently recruiting for multiple Finance Administration Officers to work within a busy Government Agency. This will require a high level of administrative skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- $42 - $44 per hour + Superannuation
- Full Time Hours, Monday - Friday
- Located in the CBD, hybrid working model available
About the role
We are currently seeking multiple Finance Administration Officers - in this role, you will be required to:
- Investigating and resolving outstanding payment requests
- Processing manual payments
- Working to resolve payment issues, guided by legislation, policies and procedures
- Maintain workload databases to provide internal and external reporting
- Receive and process documentation
- Contribute to achieving team Key Performance Indicators
Skills and Experience
- Strong experience within the finance industry is highly desirable
- High level of written and analytical skills
- Prioritisation, organisation and time management
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
- Strong communication skills and resilience
- Ability to effectively manage complex and competing priorities.
