Description:

Randstad is currently recruiting for multiple Finance Administration Officers to work within a busy Government Agency. This will require a high level of administrative skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

  • $42 - $44 per hour + Superannuation
  • Full Time Hours, Monday - Friday
  • Located in the CBD, hybrid working model available

About the role

We are currently seeking multiple Finance Administration Officers - in this role, you will be required to:

  • Investigating and resolving outstanding payment requests
  • Processing manual payments
  • Working to resolve payment issues, guided by legislation, policies and procedures
  • Maintain workload databases to provide internal and external reporting
  • Receive and process documentation
  • Contribute to achieving team Key Performance Indicators

Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience within the finance industry is highly desirable
  • High level of written and analytical skills
  • Prioritisation, organisation and time management
  • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
  • Strong communication skills and resilience
  • Ability to effectively manage complex and competing priorities.
