POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance and Admin Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for managing the financial and administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a finance or administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budgeting.Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Conduct financial analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
  • Administrative Functions: Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.Support HR functions, including employee onboarding, record-keeping, and benefits administration.Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
  • Operational Support: Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to streamline operations.Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Provide support for special projects as required.
