JOB DESCRIPTION

New Permanent job for a Finance Administrator in Aberdeen
New career opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator in Aberdeen.
This a varied role with a key focus on financial coordination and administration. You’ll use D365 , so any knowledge or experience of using this system would be an advantage.

About your new role as Finance Administrator
You’ll be part of our clients Accounts department, reporting into the Financial Controller.
– You will assist with all-round account tasks and provide cover for other coordinators as required
– You’ll manage Financial Administration for the department ensuring all invoices are checked, processed and sent
– You’ll be required to use the D365 system, also known as Dynamics 365
– Build relationships with customers and manage internal/external enquiries
– The Finance Administrator Ensure period end close activities are performed in line with finance timetable
– Ensure that all work is carried out within QHSE guidelines and procedures
– Provide office and admin support where required – monitoring mailbox, answering calls, order supplies, assist with reporting and presentations, support the management team on any corporate tasks when requested.
– 8.30am -5pm Mon to Fri
You’ll also have the opportunity to learn and progress to support operations and logistics administration; systems and process training would be provided.
About you:
– Experience in a similar Finance Administration role – ideally in the Oil & Gas industry
– Highly experienced and competent in finance administration
– Experience using D365 would be very advantageous
– Attention to detail and customer focussed
– Excellent relationship management skills
– Knowledge of customs procedures and logistics/rental/repair administrative tasks would be advantageous but not essential.
