Responsibilities:
- Respond and filter clients / visitors / suppliers on site, physically or via telephone and emails.
- Redacting and following staff contracts, renewals, end of contracts and unemployment insurance U19 (computer)
- Gather time sheet and redacting time sheet chart for all personnel and leaves management (computer)
- Monitor training planning/matrix , driving license, temporary visas, medical and other work related documents’ expiring dates and deadlines of employees throughout the year
- Alert the management of all new regulation regarding labor laws and MBEIC notices
- Accurately and timeously complete the processing of supplier invoices (SAGE and payments recording)
- Processing client’s invoices, statements and follow up on payments.

- Filing reporting tools (weekly basis) and reports.
- Conduct the ordering of stationery for the department as required
