Responsibilities:

  • Respond and filter clients / visitors / suppliers on site, physically or via telephone and emails.
  • Redacting and following staff contracts, renewals, end of contracts and unemployment insurance U19 (computer)
  • Gather time sheet and redacting time sheet chart for all personnel and leaves management (computer)
  • Monitor training planning/matrix , driving license, temporary visas, medical and other work related documents’ expiring dates and deadlines of employees throughout the year
  • Alert the management of all new regulation regarding labor laws and MBEIC notices
  • Accurately and timeously complete the processing of supplier invoices (SAGE and payments recording)
  • Processing client’s invoices, statements and follow up on payments.
  • Various administrative tasks

  • Conduct the ordering of stationery for the department as required
