Your duties:

  • Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial reports and assist in budget management.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support the finance department with any additional tasks as required.
  • Data entry
  • Answering incoming callsActioning emails

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in finance administration or related roles
  • Experience in SAP and Ariba (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entries
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
