QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Accounting
  • Has high level of detail-orientation, multitasking and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Has excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Has intermediate skills in using MS Excel
  • Has an ability to learn fast, be inquisitive and proactive

Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Monitoring: Monitor and analyze financial transactions, including ticket sales, refunds, payments, and revenue streams, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls and industry standards.
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of transactional data, such as bank deposits, sales reports, and payment records, to identify and resolve any discrepancies or variances.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze transactional data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes, revenue optimization, and risk mitigation.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and contribute to financial reports related to transactions, providing accurate and timely information to support management and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve transactional processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
  • Compliance and Audit Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements, providing necessary documentation and information as needed.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and customer service teams, to ensure effective communication, alignment, and collaboration in transaction-related activities.
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in transaction analysis and share knowledge with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
