Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)

Our dynamic and exciting Studio’s finance team has a vacancy opened up for an experienced Finance Analyst on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of financial management, analysis and reporting across ITV Studios Global Partnerships digital business, including month end support, advice and reconciliations. This will include developing and setting up processes around digital reporting, transactions and reconciliations, and supporting the processing of historic data and reporting.

Some of your key day to day responsibilities will include:

• Monthly processes and reporting for global partnerships
• Transactional support, including raising PO’s, reconciling postings and deal management
• Supporting the Senior Financial Analyst/Finance Manager with the preparation of monthly accounts and reporting
• Ad Hoc Reporting and information requests
• Supporting with any audit queries and requests
• Implementing and checking financial controls where appropriate
• Driving standardisation and efficiencies across the monthly and transactional processes and reporting
• Supporting the Finance Business Partners with the monthly accounts and information for their areas
• Working alongside the FP&A team to ensure accurate end to end reporting and forecasting for Global Partnerships
