The Opportunity:
HKA is currently seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to augment our Global Business Transformation Team, with a particular focus on pricing. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to our Group Finance Director and contribute significantly to the realisation of HKA’s transformation strategy and holistic pricing strategy and the execution of mission-critical pricing initiatives.

As a Finance Analyst, your specific responsibilities may include:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of pricing data, including historical pricing trends and customer segmentation, to identify opportunities for pricing optimization.
  • Work with Global Transformation Office to analyse and interpret data to support a number of different growth initiatives.
  • Produce monthly monitoring report to track performance of various initiatives, supporting inputs to Monthly Board Reporting.
  • Work with Business Intelligence team to implement relevant dashboards.
  • Support evolution of existing pricing tools.
  • Review proposals to ensure compliance with rate cards and governance structure.
  • Support the production of a monthly pricing newsletter tracking performance and providing key reminders to the Partner Group.
  • Review level of discounts being offered in different areas of the business and provide suggestions to senior management to fine tune pricing strategy.
  • Support Regional Finance teams in the production of annual budgets, providing data-driven insights to support price assumptions.
  • Develop communication materials to deliver to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and help reconcile any data gaps and discrepancies.
  • Analyse data and create reports for progress report updates.
  • Report on variances from original quantification assumptions
  • Ad hoc support on other queries as required

Skills and Experience:

Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Accounting background.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Professional services experience desirable but not a pre-requisite.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, or data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or holding accountability for projects or workstreams.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
