    Are you passionate about finance and looking to take the next step in your career? Our Wolverhampton-based client, a leading service provider, is currently seeking a dedicated Finance Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a crucial member of the finance department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Finance Analyst in reviewing costs and delivering timely and accurate financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS THE FINANCE ANALYST WILL INCLUDE AND WILL NOT BE LIMITED TO:

  • Help maintain commissioned hours for many sites.
  • Provide month end variance analysis commentary for staff costs.
  • Ensure accurate posting of all payroll journals in the management accounts.
  • Analyse staffing rotas.
  • Liaise with site managers.
  • Conduct thorough review and validation of payroll prior to final approval.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE OF FINANCE ANALYST:

  • AAT or part qualified accountant.
  • Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
