As a member of the Investment Team under the guidance of the Head of Structured Product Solutions, you will play a vital role in managing Passive and ETF Funds while also spearheading the introduction of innovative Structured Funds concepts. Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of trades: Overseeing the weekly reset of Passive Funds/ETFs and managing operations related to Structured Funds.
• Conducting thorough analysis and back testing of products.
• Coordinating fund launches internally and externally, ensuring seamless day-to-day management.
• Collaborating with various teams to compile and prepare documentation for fund launches, investment committees, and board meetings.
• Monthly reporting on fund positioning, performance, and related tasks.
• Contributing to process enhancement and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

• Preferably 2+ years of experience in the investment management industry.
• Proficiency in Derivatives is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and a continuous learning mindset.
• Familiarity with Python and/or SQL Database is advantageous.
• Genuine enthusiasm for financial markets and investments.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work, capable of operating independently.
• A dedicated team player committed to collaborative success.
