Skilled financial specialist to join our accounts payable team to help process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The accounts payable specialist will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Knowledgeable of Accounts Payable process
  • Experience of 1 year on BPO/Business environments
  • Good level of MS Office (specially Excel)
  • Skilled to work within a team
  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of General Accounting and other
    accounting functions. Understands basic accounting terminology and is able to

articulate accounting concept in day-to-day work.

  • Working experience in SAP and/or other ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and booking of supplier invoices
  • Identification and management of potential divergences
  • Release invoices for payment
  • Elaborate and analyze different reports (aging, debit balances, duplicates,…)
  • Resolve queries coming from suppliers
