Description:
Responsibilities:
- Period end accruals and open POs follow ups and settlement monthly
- Month end closing and analysis where required monthly
- Cost / Expense analysis regularly
- Analyse inventory risks and complete follow ups regularly
- Account reconciliations regularly
- Periodic inventory counts occasional
- Liaise with, and prepare documentation for Dubai and JAFZA authorities where necessary regularly
- Support the preparation of export documentation and LCs regularly
- Employees credit card management – checking and following up on claims and statements monthly
- Support administration for outbound logistics regularly
- Ad hoc support for controllership team and commercial finance team as and when necessary regularly
- Support the Plant Finance BP wherever necessary , and provide back up to SC finance when he is absent regularly
- Ad hoc support for regional controllership team and commercial finance team as and when required
