Responsibilities:

The finance analyst is an exciting opportunity in our Finance Business Partnering team based at our Perth CBD Offices.
The purpose of the role is to work within the Thermal Generation Finance Business Partnering Team and drive timely and relevant information to assist with critical decision making.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Preparation of monthly deep dive financial analysis and reporting
  • Support the Senior Finance Business Partners with month end variance analysis and reporting
  • Conduct financial analyses to understand drivers of value and performance and make improvement recommendations
  • Assist in the development and preparation of driver based budgets and forecasts
  • Identify continuous improvements opportunities (e.g. reduce costs, increase revenue, improve processes and data integrity)
