A bit about the role…
This role is a part of the equity finance operations team, a respected core finance business partner to the UK&I Operations teams across our c1,500 equity stores.
The job holder is predominantly responsible for store reporting and sales forecasting as well as key month end support.
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports that support the operations plan and drive performance.
- Quickly and efficiently create new reports for specific projects or business initiatives to provide performance insights.
- Own the sales forecasting process and implement continuous improvements to set motivating store targets.
- Understand and perform appropriate month-end tasks, including budget management for openings and closures.
- Continuously improve processes and reporting to maximize automation.
- Support forecasting of store P&L lines, including data uploads into finance systems.
- Collaborate with other analysts to support each other and share best practices.

- Studying towards a finance qualification (ACCA/ CIMA)
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially astute with an inquisitive and questioning nature
- IT systems literate and competent Excel user
- Power BI knowledge advantageous
- Minimum of 1 year’s finance experience

Location: Remote role with the ability to travel to Costa office in Central London once a week
