What You Can Expect
Responsible for the financial review and planning functions related to the assigned functional areas and/or business units. Primary role is to provide timely financial information and support for the global finance organization and company leadership. Perform insightful analysis to identify financial improvements, process enhancements, and streamline workflows for global finance partners

How You’ll Create Impact

• Support the monthly financial reviews processes and provide explanations about the figures requested by Corporate or the GBG Leadership team leveraging on the local and regional leaders.
• Support the budget/projection process, including request and consolidate the information, prepare the budget and the projections files (P&L, BS, CF), review, challenge and validate it, and ask for the approval of the region leaders and upload in the system.
• Maintain the systems that support the financial review/budget/projection process.
• Provide business partner support, input, and analysis for the business in daily activities and special projects.
• Provide financial reports required for the stakeholders.
• Support the management of capital projects and requests.
• Identify and propose improvements to the processes.
• Other Ad hoc reports and assignments.

Your Background

• B.S. in accounting, finance or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Exhibits a high level of attention to details.
• Highly motivated, self-starter willing to deliver results and meet strict deadlines.
• Demonstrated characteristics of high potential for future development opportunities.
• Computer literate; advanced Excel skills required.
• Knowledge of Hyperion and other information systems and their application to Finance.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Google Charts, etc. (Desirable)
• Experience working with data bases (Desirable).
