CoreStaff Darwin are seeking a Finance and Administration Officer for an Australian owned and controlled Australian Maritime business.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General Administration and Finance support.
- Purchasing, Invoicing & Receipting.
- Management and delegation of customer/client enquiries.
- Reception and customer service duties.
- Maintaining clean and organised/ effective office / amenities spaces.
- Prompt processing of paperwork in accordance with procedures.
- Perform any other tasks as required by Line Manager or RMP Program Manager.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
- Essential project, commercial or finance administration experience.
- Use of financial systems; and a high level of Analytics/reporting experience in a commercial field.
- Excellent written, data analysis and presentation skills;
- High level of stakeholder management skills;
- Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate good organisational, multi- tasking and time management skills.
- A Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience of at least 3 years proven experience in a similar role.
- Must hold or have the ability to obtain Defence security clearances and access passes.
