Responsibilities:

Reporting to the General Counsel and Head of Compliance (GCHoC), the Team Coordination position will be responsible for supporting the coordination, planning, documentation, and collaboration to ensure the effective and efficient running of the Finance & Corporate Services business unit.
A key focus of this role is providing calendar and administrative support predominantly to the GCHoC and General Manager - Finance Facilities and Procurement.

Your day will see you:

  • Proactively managing calendars ensuring optimal time management
  • Coordinating the day-to-day functioning of the team through managing administrative requirements, including appointments & team meetings
  • Acting as a liaison between the GCHoC and internal stakeholders, handling communication with professionalism, efficiency and the urgency that is required
  • Coordinating board and committee papers
  • Identifying opportunities to provide team support and assisting with alleviating administration and organisational tasks
