QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 8+ years’ consulting for a large or boutique consulting firm or relevant financial and enterprise performance industry experience
- Demonstrated project experience within Shared Services, Outsourcing and/or Offshoring industry, or back-office functional optimization
- Practical experience with the full lifecycle of functional optimization, BPO and/or shared services programs
- Financial analysis and business case development experience
- Experience managing teams of resources through strategy, design, and implementation of Shared Services / Outsourcing organizations
- Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred:
- Understanding of vendor landscape
- Ability to analyze and apply outsourcing trends
- Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization, build consensus and foster change
- Robotics Process Automation (RPA) experience
- Experience with pre-sales, proposals and RFP activities
- Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of larger engagements
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills; professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Willingness to mentor and counsel junior staff

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $138,000 to $281,000.

Responsibilities:
You, along with dynamic colleagues, will help organizations create a single enterprise organization or a network of Shared Services and Outsourcing relationships. Managers provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.
As a Manager, you will lead and deliver small or components of large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies.
Manager level responsibilities include:
- Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues
- Determine client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches
- Evaluate and validate analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement
- You will be expected to implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.
- Managers participate in business development activities and the development of proposals.
