About the role
We are currently looking for a full-time Finance Assistant working within a small team managing high volumes of supplier invoices. This role will be vital in ensuring the Finance Team is able to function successfully.
Key responsibilities in this position will include processing supplier invoices in a timely manner onto our invoice automations system. Ensuring purchase orders are matched correctly. Reconciling supplier statements. Identifying prepayments. Preparation of bi-weekly payment runs and assisting with queries relating to invoices and payments.
About you
The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified or have equivalent experience in an accounts payable role. This will be a busy, varied role so we are looking for someone who is comfortable working on a range of different tasks with the ability to prioritise to ensure deadlines are met.

Location
This position will be based in Southampton. The centre is well connected by public transport and has ample cycle parking in addition to free onsite car-parking with over 40 EV charging points.
