Job Purpose

We’re currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic Finance Assistant to join our team in the London office. You will work closely with our experienced Finance team who will assign tasks associated with day to day financial functions including the purchase ledger, expenses and sales ledger transactions.
Duties and Responsibilities
The primary job duties and responsibilities include:
- Assist with the sales ledger by raising sales and disbursement invoices and appropriate backups
- On a monthly basis, releasing revenue and expenses (WIP)
- Notifying the accounts team regarding chasing and updating client statements
- Monitoring time utilisation on a monthly basis
- Checking and approving job estimates
- Assist with bank reconciliations
- Process intercompany entries between group companies
- Assist with annual audit
- Respond to emails and queries promptly and professionally
The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

- Have good attention to detail and organised
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience using Paprika is an advantage
- Interest in the travel and tourism industry
