Distribusion is rapidly expanding globally and seeking a Finance Associate (all genders) to join our team. As the company grows, so do the responsibilities of the Finance team, making this an exciting time to join us. In this role, you will contribute to team growth and support our daily accounting and payment processes. Additionally, you will play a key role in optimizing our processes to enhance efficiency in our daily operations.

WORKPLACE:

We are mainly looking for this role to be based within Germany, preferably in our HQ in Berlin.
We are a remote-first company, with teams located around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Perform month-over-month (MoM) analysis to maintain high-quality accounting standards
  • Handle various requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide support for daily accounting tasks including invoicing, payments, and bookkeeping using Datev.
  • Facilitate seamless communication with external accounting partners, particularly in Vietnam, Mexico, and the UK, to obtain all necessary information for timely monthly closings
