Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- To review, validate, and process Payables Invoice.
- To perform Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation.
- To validate the accuracy of data, verify discrepancies, and resolve reconciling transactions.
- To liaise and communicate with various stakeholders for critical deliverables.
- To perform Intercompany and Fixed Assets Accounting.
- To develop and implement an error-proofing method to ensure all transactions are booked accurately.
- To perform month-end financial activities.
- To prepare and provide supporting documents for audit requirements.
FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related courses.
- At least 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in general accounting, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, or audit.
- Working knowledge of internal control and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
