WORK EXPERIENCE

• Work experience in accounting preferred
• Experience with SAP system is an advantage
• Procure to pay experience is preferred

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
• Student of Finance, Business or Programming
• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge on Ariba and/or Fieldglass is an advantage

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Finance Associate supports the operative invoice processing and/or Procurement Operations quality check processes across all commodities in the SAP affiliates for the America Region as well as Spain, Portugal and Italy. Our team acts as support center for strategic and local purchasing and as interface to Finance & Accounting. Furthermore, candidates will be expected to perform these activities while being introduced to Fieldglass and Ariba solutions.

DAILY TASKS:

• Posting of incoming vendor invoices
• Procurement Operations quality check
• Vendor accounts maintenance, including open items management
• Month end closing activities for Accounts Payable
• Interface to Finance & Accounting teams
• Support of rollout projects
• End user support
• Supplier communication and support (Helpdesk via tickets, chat)
• Communication with purchasing and accounting departments
