Finance Business Analyst, EMEA

Kennedys is looking for a commercially minded and bright Finance Professional/Business Analyst to join the EMEA Finance Team to help manage the 8 Regional Offices from a finance and operational perspective. The ideal candidate will have an excellent grounding in Finance, be commercially minded and want to become a key Business Partner in the future.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Junior finance experience* within a Law firm or professional services environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the key Finance contact in the Dublin Office
• Develop and Produce timely and interesting financial insights to help improve performance
• Build relationships with Partners throughout the Region so as to be a trusted advisor
• Ensure the basics and beyond are being done by each of the Offices
• Keep an eye on Finance Operations throughout the Region
• Produce profitability analysis of Clients and Matters with periodic reviews

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation and issue of monthly performance reports for Fee Earners
• Helping with annual budgets and half-year re-forecasts
• Work on projects that arise within the department and the wider Firm as necessary.
