Description:
Kennedys is looking for a commercially minded and bright Finance Professional/Business Analyst to join the EMEA Finance Team to help manage the 8 Regional Offices from a finance and operational perspective. The ideal candidate will have an excellent grounding in Finance, be commercially minded and want to become a key Business Partner in the future.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Junior finance experience* within a Law firm or professional services environment

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the key Finance contact in the Dublin Office
- Develop and Produce timely and interesting financial insights to help improve performance
- Build relationships with Partners throughout the Region so as to be a trusted advisor
- Ensure the basics and beyond are being done by each of the Offices
- Keep an eye on Finance Operations throughout the Region
- Produce profitability analysis of Clients and Matters with periodic reviews
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation and issue of monthly performance reports for Fee Earners
- Helping with annual budgets and half-year re-forecasts
- Work on projects that arise within the department and the wider Firm as necessary.
