Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a Finance Business Analyst to join our Christchurch based team to support the delivery of trusted financial reporting for Ryman Operations, through providing insightful and comprehensive analysis and advice to the Property team. In addition, supporting the Finance Business Partner Operations as required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing timely and accurate financial information and business support to assist effective financial management, oversight, and decision-making of the Property team.
- Assisting with the effective implementation of budgeting and forecasting process for the Property team to align with current Operations process.
- Producing monthly reporting and insights for the Property team on both project and operating spend, versus budget and prior years.
- Proactively driving improvements to existing financial processes and the information provided to the Operations and Property team’s, allowing for better business decisions.
- Supporting the Finance Business Partner Operations in producing reporting and insights, forecasting and budgeting for the wider Operations team.
- Managing internal customer relationships by responding to the needs of the Group Property Manager, SLT and other customers.
