KEY OBJECTIVES

The Technology Transformation and Governance Team partners with the Business, Finance and HR teams to supply all aspects of Financial, Vendor & Compliance services to the IT & Operations departments across Asia Pacific. We are geographically spread across Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Wellington. You will be supporting a high-energy, rapidly growing company that operates in 12 countries
As APAC IT and Ops Finance Analyst for Chubb Business Services (Philippines), you will be supporting a high-energy, rapidly growing company. This role will provide accountability for total APAC’s IT spend across all segments, mainly OPEX, to provide a holistic view of the region IT spend , while ensuring that the spend are aligned to support business objectives and meet financial objectives. He/she will work closely with APAC IT and Operations Finance Analyst P&L Lead, DFO Technology & Operations APAC and various Country Finance to get better understanding of IT and Operations business and improve forecasting and reporting accuracy. Ultimately the outcome of this role will inform Chubb’s numerous planning and reporting activities and provide information to enable critical decision making by senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWINGS

  • Preparation of monthly IT, Operations and Financial Reports to COG (Chubb Overseas General) Monthly Financial Reporting, which include HC reporting (Database refresh, consolidation, financial review and report preparation)
  • Produces and analyses expense reports across all Asia Pacific Business Units at agreed intervals, identifies performance indicators & trends and analyses causes of unexpected variance
  • Close collaboration with local country’s Finance on expense management and analysis, ensuring the expense spent in the country aligned with planned number
  • Produces ad hoc Monthly Financial Reports for Operations, APAC, which include Operations Financial, HC, Efficiency and Productivity
  • Participate and support in the annual budgeting activity for IT and Operation FinancialsPreparation on monthend reporting forecast and accruals for IT and Operations
