Summary
We are looking for a “Finance Business Partner Ground Based Systems (f/m/d)” for the “F&C Ground Based Systems” division at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.
The “F&C Ground Based Systems” department is responsible for the overall commercial project management and acquisition support for ground and vehicle-based intelligent sensor network solutions for surveillance, reconnaissance and target acquisition.
This includes the preparation of quotations, including costing, contract negotiations and order acquisition, as well as subsequent commercial order/project management through to project completion.

Your Tasks

• Contact person for project managers in all commercial and contractual matters
• Responsibility for commercial project management including monitoring and reporting of contractual effects (contractual penalty, warranty, liability, claims)
• Responsibility for the preparation of offer calculations and the commercial offer part
• Participation in contract negotiations
• Ensuring the accounting compliance of the project with regard to HGB, IAS, IFRS15 as well as price verification and auditing issues
• Responsibility for project controlling and co-calculation of the supervised projects including cost to cost / estimate at completion analyses, target / actual comparisons as well as early anticipation of deviations / problems and participation in the development of proposals for the initiation of corrective measures
• Participation in the awarding of contracts to internal and external bodies and support in the processing of export licenses
• Support in periodic planning processes (operational planning, budgeting, statistics for the business area)

Willingness to travel on business is a prerequisite.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in business administration or with a focus on finance and controller / MBA or comparable
• Extensive experience in finance / project controlling
• Several years of experience in contract management and commercial
• Experience in project management advantageous
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and good knowledge of SAP (SD / PS module)
• Knowledge of public pricing law advantageous
• Analytical thinking, structured, flexible and proactive way of working
• High degree of independence and initiative as well as very good communication skills
• Assertiveness and self-confident appearance
• Business fluent German and English skills
