    This newly created position is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Manager / Finance Business Partner / Senior Management Accountant join a high calibre team and drive a high value business partnering function.
    You will refine and optimise the commercial finance and business partnering function and set up reporting and processes to provide financial insights and decision support to sales and operations leaders across a varied portfolio of high profile brands, in order to drive and optimise market share and profitability.
    This is a genuine add-value role in which your production of daily and monthly sales reports and forecasts and associated interpretation and commentary will directly influence business decisions about commercial risks and opportunities.
    You will be degree qualified, and a highly motivated self-starter. You will have developed excellent analytical skills in your career to date. You are proficient in the use of forecasting and analytical tools, and your commercial outlook includes the ability to link operational metrics with financial outcomes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a prerequisite as you will constantly engage with and influence operational management. CA/CPA or progression towards these are advantageous
