When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. That’s why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesn’t mean we’re not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility. Join us in our unique and ambitious world.

Responsibilities:

Join us at an exciting time of growth and evolution in our Operations function at the new API Commercialisation facility in Dublin, Ireland. The new API Commercialisation facility is currently under construction on the College Park site in Dublin, Ireland. This new internal production capability will change the way we develop and manufacture APIs, providing a fast, flexible and reliable internal launch capability, enabling speed to market and mitigating risk from reliance on external suppliers. It will also unlock lower cost vs. outsourcing.
This business partner role provides financial leadership to the management teams at site, and is an integral member of the site Leadership Team.
