Finance Business Partner - Manufacturing Performance Reporting

We are a team of committed finance business partners towards a large part of the COO Organization in Vestas. We are a global team with focus on Performance Management, Business Partnering and with an aim to constantly improve our way of working. This position will work closely with various Stakeholder across the global supply chain with focus on manufacturing performance, business case modelling and long-term financial planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Financial Business Partner, Finance Manager, Financial Advisor or similar. Multinational and manufacturing experience would be an asset
• University degree in Management Accounting or International Business
• Good understanding of standard costing
• Experience working in a high paced environment with multiple stakeholders at all corporate levels
• Experience in presenting complex data to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint - experience in SAP BI would be a benefit (but not a prerequisite if you have great IT and system skills)
• Proficiency in English, written and verbal

• Lead on management and manufacturing performance reporting
• Supporting business case modelling
• Supporting on controlling and forecasting of project controlling
• Support on Continuous improvement of Financial Governance Structure incl. processes, tools and training
