REQUIREMENTS:

Experience of 5 years+ in financial sector is a must.
Regulated and not-regulated lending operations experience in finance/banking sector would be beneficial.
Strong knowledge of financial modelling methodologies.
Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and interpret information in order to provide recommendations.
Very good language skills in written and spoken English (C1) are essential.
Knowledge of presenting budget insight to a range of stakeholders across the business.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships within the business and the broader international group.
Educated to Degree level in accounting/ finance, economics, or management subject.
Recognized accounting qualification ACA / CIMA / ACCA would be ideal.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Finance business partnering for Marketing and Sales Teams (Marketing Director, Sales Director and Country Managers).
To proactively find new ways to analyze and improve the efficiency of marketing spend and therefore reduce customer acquisition and retention costs. The role will get deep into the economics and analytics of various media investments, acquisition channels and partners across all 6 markets.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing Directors to create and develop proper financial models and workflows for lending and sales forecasting.
Interpret the financial results (marketing and sales performance). Drive the discussion about the results during monthly reviews with key stakeholders. Guide key stakeholders on how to adjust operations to improve the current performance or make it more efficient.
Develop the customer’s life-time value analysis and be the key person in finance to drive the discussion about the life-time value (LTV) of the customers.
