Iconic fashion group has a newly created opportunity focused on management accounting, FP&A, business partnering with sales/marketing, and projects.
THE COMPANY
Our client is a listed manufacturer and marketer of iconic brands within fashion. The portfolio of brands is diverse and is forever expanding. The core business offering is products within the jewellery, sunglasses, fragrance, and makeup space. Listed the business is looking for your exceptional skills as a Finance Business Partner.
As a market leader, this role will be very hands on and will bring new challenges and rewards each day as you assist with the production of management reports, budgets, forecasts, projects, financial models, business partnering with sales/marketing, and cash flow projections.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
- Additional qualifications such as CPA or CA (CA is preferred but not essential).
- At least five years of exceptional accounting/analytical experience.
- Intermediate to Advance skills in Excel.
- Accounting experience in a publicly traded company a plus. FMCG, Retail, Pharmaceutical or similar is highly desirable.
- Exceptional experience with SAP, Oracle, Cognos, Power Bi, TM1 or SUN.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Brilliant organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines.
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, work independently and prioritise tasks.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager the role will require you to provide commercial value to the finance function and will focus on:
- Preparing budgets and forecasts. Providing analytical insights on management reports.
- Leading process improvement across systems, controls, and templates.
- Responding to financial inquiries by gathering, analysing, summarising, and interpreting data.
- Building, developing, and maintaining financial models.
- Providing financial advice by identifying potential complications and applying financial principles and practices; developing recommendations.
- Collecting and analysing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates.
- Business partnering across the APAC region.
- Ad-hoc analysis on entities, market trends and inventory.
