YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or related field.
- CPA or CA qualified or working towards your qualification. Big Four experience will be highly regarded.
- At least 5 years experience in accounting/analytical experience.
- Advanced experience using financial systems such as Microsoft Dynamic, SAP, Excel etc.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to the broad audience.
- Strong presentation and storyboarding skills
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As the Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the firm. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to various business units, providing financial insights, analysis, and support to drive decision-making and optimize business performance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the continued success and growth of our client’s organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of financial planning processes, including budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
- Conduct financial modeling to support decision-making and scenario planning.
- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and profitability improvement.
- Prepare insightful financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and provide financial guidance to support business initiatives.
- Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and economic factors to provide informed recommendations.
