Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Finance Business Partner to join their rapidly growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid model working two days in the office, 3 from home. The successful candidate will have the chance to make a significant impact on the business by providing detailed analysis and recommendations to support key business decisions. This role is perfect for someone who is fully qualified or a finalist for CIMA, ACCA or equivalent, and has advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play an integral role in driving the financial performance of the business. You will be responsible for producing monthly MI packs, reviewing KPIs, and partnering with stakeholders across the organisation. Your ability to provide detailed commentary and recommendations will directly influence key business decisions. Additionally, your involvement in annual budget preparation, quarterly reforecasts, weekly financial reporting, and refinancing efforts will be crucial to the success of the business.

  • Produce monthly MI packs and lead follow-up meetings with directors
  • Review detailed KPIs to identify trends and potential issues
  • Partner with key stakeholders to provide ad hoc analysis and reporting
  • Provide detailed commentary and recommendations where required to support key business decisions
  • Ensure all reporting deadlines are met, providing adequate detail ahead of time
  • Prepare annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts
  • Deliver weekly financial and KPI reporting
  • Support in all aspects of refinancing, aiding in information gathering, analysis and consolidation

Your ability to build relationships across all levels of the business will be essential as you collaborate with both financial and non-financial teams. With your excellent communication skills, you’ll effectively convey complex financial information. Lastly, your flexibility will enable you to adapt swiftly to changing priorities.

  • Fully qualified or finalist for CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
