    As part of our Integrated Supply Chain Transformation Program we have a newly created opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to be based at our Mars Petcare site in Wodonga or from our Melbourne office.
    You’ll be the Finance Business Partner for the Logistics Acceleration workstream of the Transformation Program.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor Level degree qualification in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • 5+ years relevant work experience, with manufacturing or supply chain business partnering
  • Strong external perspective including knowledge of different business models, problem solving skills and business partnering skills
  • Multi-national corporate experience working across different time zones and geographies
  • Digitally savvy with experience of either managing supply chain operations with a significant digital reliance or leading deployment of transformation programmes with a significant digital component.
  • Excellent communications skills with proficient English language (both written and verbal)

Responsibilities:

  • Finance lead on the Logistics Acceleration workstream of the program to ensure quality data and analysis for decision making.
  • Responsible for the financial modelling of options and development of the detailed business case, influencing effective decision making through strong information and insights.
  • Together with the Commercial and Logistics project leads, seek out new opportunities for external partnerships. Align options and proposals with local and global stakeholders.
  • Responsible for managing Logistics Acceleration workstream overall budget, forecast and operating financials to meet local and global requirements ensuring rigor and discipline in delivering against project commitments.
  • Work closely with the Project PMO and Lead to ensure strong governance, project delivery and reporting of business case.
  • Bringing an entrepreneurial mindset and approach to the Logistics Acceleration project
