POSITION:

Are you an experienced Finance professional with excellent stakeholder management? Are you looking to join a growing business? If yes then this could be the role for you.
Torbay Pharma are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team based in Paignton. The main purpose of the role to provide resource and support following a period of significant growth in Contract Manufacturing. There is a need to ensure quotes are developed and delivered to meet customer expectations and that costs are tracked to ensure margins are achieved.
This is a full time and permanent role, which can be either onsite or hybrid.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting into the Head of Finance you will responsible for providing high quality financial information and advice. Supporting ongoing maintenance and improvement of existing product costing information, and analysis of customer and product margins, to achieve financial objectives.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN A FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER ROLE AT TP:

• Delivery of financial information to support customer quotations
• Delivery of accurate and timely product costs
• Generation and analysis of customer and product financials
• Monitoring and tracking of costs and time spent on projects, to ensure that costs are accurately invoiced and in a timely manner
• Improvements to costing models, ERP and supporting processes
• Build strong working relationships with individuals from all across the business
• Make formal presentations to Executives, advising finance and non-finance managers on matters and providing detailed advice and guidance knowledge, training & experience
• In depth specialist knowledge of costing methods, to calculate product cost records to support price structures for products within the businessUse commercial knowledge and experience to make recommendations for continuous improvements in data capture, reporting and analysis within the business
