We are seeking a proactive and strategic finance professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for the film and entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in commercial business partnering with a focus on financial strategy and creative problem-solving. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for managing relationships with both finance and non-finance stakeholders, as well as the ability to extract meaningful insights from large datasets are crucial. We seek a results-driven individual who can work collaboratively and communicate complex financial concepts clearly.

In order to be successful, you will have:
- Experience in commercial business partnering with a focus on financial strategy and creative problem-solving
- Experience in the entertainment/media industry is highly regarded
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or Accounting
- Professional qualification (CA, CPA, CIMA, or CFA is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to derive insights from large datasets
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like Analysis for Excel (A4E)
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP is desirable
Responsibilities:

Join our team to deliver financial reporting and analysis, driving business decisions and strategies for content acquisitions, renewals, new release plans, and exciting Roadshow partnerships and investments. You will partner closely with our Sales, Marketing & Acquisitions team and beyond, to support strategic decision-making and contribute to the overall success of Roadshow Films.
Your day could include the following:
- Lead financial deal modelling for content/title acquisitions and renewals.
- Conduct comprehensive film and title analysis throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide insights and analysis for the go-to-market process of film releases.
- Review monthly financial results and models with business teams.
- Collaborate on ad-hoc strategic modelling and risk/opportunity analysis.
- Deliver strategic modelling and analysis for the Roadshow Division.
- Work closely with the executive team on emerging businesses and initiatives.
- Assist the COO and Financial Controller with month-end results review.
- Support forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Provide financial insights to facilitate business decisions and strategy.
