An opportunity has arisen within Finance Business Team at South Cambridgeshire District Council for two exceptionally talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a developing organisation and be an integral part of shaping and growing our team.
Finance Business Partners will play a key role in supporting managers to deliver financially sustainable services through the provision of high-quality financial advice and support. This is a high-profile role and requires good collaborative skills to ensure finance services provided are professional and customer focused.
We are looking for two individuals with drive, initiative, and confidence. We want you to help create the financial foundations that will shape the future of the Council.

There are two different areas under the Finance Business Partner position that one could apply for:

• Financial Planning & Business Partnering
• Finance Business Partnering for one of the Councils Shared directorates: Greater Cambridge Shared Planning
• Housing, Technical and Investment Planning
• Coordinating the Councils Financial statements in line with the statutory requirements and timescales.
• Business partnering service for the Councils well established subsidiaries.
