WHAT SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role or a strong desire to develop into this role.
  • Experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
  • Financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent understanding of financial concepts, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems (Business Central) and advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and BI.
  • Fluency in English and Danish, with comfort in writing and speaking.

Ideally, you would be based in our office in Charlottenlund, which is located in the beautiful Charlottenlund Palace. We offer a flexible work environment with the option to work in a hybrid fashion.

As a Finance Business Partner at LMS365, you’re not just a number cruncher; you’re a key player in shaping the future of our company. Your insights will shape our financial roadmap, and your contributions will be directly visible in our company’s success story.
Reporting directly to our VP of FP&A, your role will contribute significantly to our financial success. You will be part of our Global Finance Team which currently comprises eight dedicated members. Moreover, you will work collaboratively with both local and overseas teams across various functional areas, ensuring a well-rounded and global approach to our financial success.

YOUR TASKS COULD INCLUDE:

  • Financial Analysis: Monitor and analyze financial performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Tool Ownership: Co-own our consolidation, planning, and budgeting tool - JEDOX.
  • Project Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional projects, offering financial expertise and recommendations.
  • Modeling & Analysis: Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis for decision support.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with finance teams to optimize processes and reporting.
  • Reporting & Presentation: Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Potential M&A Involvement: Contribute to financial M&A activities, including due diligence and integration tasks.
  • Contract Support: Provide financial analysis and support for contract negotiations and partnerships.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions for informed financial recommendations.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop and manage budgets and forecasts aligned with strategic objectives
