QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- Academic degree within finance, accounting, or business administration with a solid understanding of accounting and finance
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience within financial planning and analysis, business controlling, or other finance disciplines
- Demonstrate adept stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Solid experience working with the Microsoft Office package (especially Excel) and ERP systems (preferably SAP) and preferably also Power BI, Tableau or similar.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Responsibilities:
As a Finance Controller at OPDEV, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensure effective controlling and financial management of the area.
- Set-up and manage budget processes in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
- Do financial analyses, reporting, and presentations.
- Drive the monthly closing process of the area and ensure high-quality accounting practices including making accruals, re-postings, and invoice follow-ups.
- Follow-up and ensure transparency in the organization’s performance against targets.
- Ad-hoc investigations and follow-ups on variances or financial issue
