REQUIREMENTS:

  • Manage cash accounts including but not limited to overdue payments, disputes and reconciliation.
  • Conduct regular ledger reviews with stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain effective communications with stakeholders and ensure customer queries are actioned in an appropriate timeframe.
  • Provide support to construction industry teams to ensure payments received are correctly recipes, banked and allocated daily, including allocation of Equipment and Attachment banking to customer invoices.
  • Provide support in sales administration tasks when and where required.
